6. Independent Contractors (1099 Agents)
iQ Payments may engage independent contractors, referral partners, or sales agents (“1099 Agents”) to promote, market, or facilitate access to our Services.
All 1099 Agents operate as independent contractors and not as employees, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of iQ Payments. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship.
1099 Agents are not authorized to make binding agreements, guarantees, pricing commitments, or representations on behalf of iQ Payments unless expressly approved in writing. Compensation, commission structures, performance expectations, compliance obligations, and tax responsibilities applicable to 1099 Agents are governed by separate independent contractor agreements.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services, including payment processors, gateways, hardware providers, and software platforms.
iQ Payments is not responsible for the performance, availability, terms, or data practices of any third-party service.
8. Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages from iQ Payments, including but not limited to account notifications, application and onboarding updates, appointment reminders, customer support communications, and service-related alerts.
